I volumi della Guitar Ensemble Collection sono il frutto della ventennale esperienza di educazione musicale di bambini molto piccoli attraverso il metodo Suzuki e la chitarra.
Si tratta di brani arrangiati o trascritti per un’orchestra di chitarre a quattro parti con la medesima accordatura.
In alcuni casi è previsto l’uso del violoncello per sostenere la linea del basso e amalgamare meglio i suoni. In mancanza di quest’ultimo, la sua parte può essere opportunamente trascritta per chitarra.
The scores of the Guitar Ensemble Collection are the result of my twenty-years of experience in musical education working with very young chilren using the Suzuki method and the guitar.
The collection consists of four-part arrangements or transcriptions for a guitar orchestra all using the same tuning.
In some cases a cello part is provided in order to sustain the bass line and to enrich the sound. If necessary the cello part can be transcribed for guitar.
